No tenants to be evicted to make room for migrant housing.
Stimulus for real residential projects with realistic completion prospects.
Utilise the 3.85 million empty homes in London for homeless, poor, students and safe homes for recovering addicts.
Social housing assigned to British-born citizens first.
Reduce down payment to 5% for lower income families, without higher crippling interest rates.
Further on-site housing for school teachers in London.
